Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape Magic! Tips, Tricks & Stunning Ideas
The first time I flipped through the 2025 Stampin’ Up! catalogue, that Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape, Stamp set, and die really stood out as not only gorgeous, but innovative and fun!
With just one run through your die-cutting machine, you’ll get a handful of detailed florals and leaves ready to use. Use the washi tape on its own with the coordinating dies for quick, effortless accents, or combine the washi and stamps with the dies for even more stunning, layered results.

For this first sample, I cased the catalog for the layout, then switched up the colors and background. I used the Woven Textures papers, a really great neutral pack of prints, for the backdrop.
I just love the idea of using one die and getting all the flowers and leave cut at once!

Next, I embossed these sweet banners from the Party Banners die set with the Pressed Flowers embossing folder. I feel like it compliments the floral spray of washi tape without competing.
Both of these colors come on the roll of Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape, so there are many possibilities.
That being said, you can also use the stamp with the die and color those same images in any combination that you like:

For this sample, I heat embossed the stamp in white, then watercolored with Cloud Cover, Old Olive, and Petunia Pop. The Extraordinary Flora bundle (stamps and dies) are useful long after the Washi Tape is used up.
Tomorrow I’ll post an idea for using the Washi Tape, Stamp, and die all together for a stunning effect.

And this last sample is closer to the catalog idea, with the stamped background and using uncolored elements as well. I do like that effect, too.
I colored the flower with Stampin’ Blends for the above sample, and stamped the outline in Basic Gray.
