In addition to the gorgeous Distinktive images (images that stamp out with incredible depth), there are also “outline” images in the Delicate Dahlias stamp set. Today’s share is inspired by Kylie Swain and her vellum dahlia:
I still have some card bases left from making my daughter’s wedding invitations, so made this into a simple gate fold card. The two side panels are embossed with that pretty Greenery Embossing folder for soft texture.
I white embossed this beautiful dahlia outline on vellum. By coloring on the reverse side, the flowers comes out in quite soft colors. (see the video below). Using your Stampin’ Blends on vellum is a great technique to have up your sleeve for a completely different look to using cardstock.
