Today’s share is a cute 8×8 scrapbooking layout with the Friendly Seagulls stamp set. As soon as I saw these seagull images, I thought immediately of these older pictures I have of Sofie and my dad feeding seagulls are Muriwai Beach:

To be honest, I don’t often use images with faces on my layouts. My feeling there is that they compete with the photos, but there is always an exception. In this instance, none of the photos show people faces, and I just used one seagull, so I felt like it balanced okay.
I’ve also brought in the Friends of the Ocean papers, ones that are quite bright and happy. I quite like these fun prints for a playful effect.

Create some cute piers for the seagulls with the log die from the Otterly Amazing die set.
And it’s easy to create a fun, matching title with the Mini Alphabet die. Every letter is on the one die, so it’s just one run through for the entire alphabet! I love how convenient and quick this is. Plus, it’s a great way to use up those little scraps and get a completely coordinating title.
