Welcome to the All Stars Team December Blog Hop! This is our last month to hop during the Holiday Catalogue, so today I’m featuring the Country Home stamp set:
This card was inspired by a similar pocket card by Sally Robertson, but I changed up the colours and added a few more small details. It’s easy to make a pocket card: simply make a large envelope, cut off one of the flaps, and create an insert to fit. It’s great when a card can be fun and unique without being too complex.
The Cajun Craze envelope pocket is made with the Envelope Punch board and then embossed with the Tin Tile Folder for an old world look.
The most fun part, though, is this wonderful old jug filled with flowers. Stamped on Gray Granite and coloured with Stampin’ Blends, each one turns out a little differently and all beautiful.
I really wanted the stitching around the jug, but the largest Stitched Oval die was still too small . . . . so bring on the Embossing Plates! With the addition of these plates to your collection, all your dies now emboss as well as cut!
Add a simple card for the insert for a beautiful finish. Complete supply list below.
Each of the designers on this hop have prepared an exclusive tutorial for you – 12 in total – and FREE with any order with me during December of $50 NZD or more! Or if you don’t have any gifts or supplies to buy this month, you can purchase the tutorial on its own for just $20 NZD:
Enjoy the rest of the hop with these talented ladies!
