I found these colours very easy to work with! Honestly, anything with Chocolate Chip comes together quickly, though. And I am lovin’ the new In Colours!
Keeping with the Eastern Blooms theme for the week, that was the main stamp set used here. I used every single stamp in the box!
There are four different ways of using stamps on scrapbook pages here:
1. Create your own background image. How often do we need a specific something or other to go with our project and can’t find just the thing? Here’s a very easy way to just make your own!
2. Create an embellishment strip with embossing. I embossed those Chocolate Chip vines onto Whisper White card. I tried it first on Baja Breeze, but it was just too “heavy” looking. So another technique is to emboss onto Whisper white and then just sponge on ink, giving a much softer, textured finish. I’ve left some “whiteness” here, too, to add to the effect.
3. Create your title and embellish a tag. Just a little bit of the Kiwi Kiss was all that was needed here. The small tag on the left hand side was also stamped.
4. Cut out your image and add a 3D embellishment. The arrangement of flowers in the corner add that final visual texture that changed the page from same old same old to “finished”.
I am taking bookings now for May for Stamping Classes – Layouts, cards, and off the page projects available.
Supplies used:
Stamps: Eastern Blooms, Happy Everything, Basic Phrases
Colours: Baja Breeze, Kiwi Kiss, Chocolate Chip

I love you layout. I am more of a crapbooker than a card maker so I appreciate your tips. Thanks for sharing.
