Today’s share is for the Colour Inkspiration Color Challenge #141. The challenge was to use black, gold, Very Vanilla, and one retiring color.

I have always really liked a monochromatic effect, so this wasn’t too much of a “challenge”, except for using the Very Vanilla. It just wasn’t working with the idea I had in my head.
So I went ahead with Basic White (allowed in the color challenges to add white), and instead used the Very Vanilla as an accent with the twine. I don’t often think to put white and vanilla together, but am always pleased with it when I do.
I was sad and surprised to hear that Rich Razzleberry is being discontinued; it’s been such a favorite of mine for so long. I just love the purple-red colors.
I used the Petal Park punch here for some quick flowers, layering up the three sizes and scrunching them up for texture.
