Many thanks to Patrice Halliday-Larsen for giving me this lovely gift and cute idea! I had to ask how she achieved this look (Yes even after 15 years of stamping, I still get stumped). I was delighted to learn that she had used the time-tested bleaching technique.
Now this is one I will have to do in one of the next Technique Classes. I have hesitated to do this in the past because of the DANGER . . . . (I mean, look at what we do with ink all over ourselves . . .)
However, I am getting all my carpet pulled out in a couple weeks (Yahoo!! let’s hope it helps Sofie’s athsma as well as the continual lingering smell of territorial kitties), so that eliminates some concern.
My next Technique Class will be 24th of January – book in here!
Supplies Used:
Stamps: Flower Fancy set of ten $79.95
Colours: Soft Suede, Old Olive, Daffodil Delight
Other: hemp, Black Embossing Powder, Bleach, blender pens, Distressing Kit

Hi Jacque, this card is so pretty, and if it had you guessing on how it is done, then it sounds like a fantastic technique to know how to do
