Welcome to another video hop with the Stampin’ Global Video Hop team! This month we are each featuring the emboss resist technique, one of my personal favorites. I’ve used the Snow Crystal stamp for my sample today:
I initially made this card to feature the faux tile technique (you can see the faux tile technique here), and really loved combining the faux tile WITH the emboss resist!
I also chose to add color with the Water Painters, and I like how the ink pools in the recesses a little, emphasizing the grid lines.
This is one of those projects where no two will look alike, which is always fun. I used three different inks to paint over the snow crystal, each one adding another depth of color.
