A Quick Summer Card That Feels Like a Day at the Beach
Today’s share is a quick card idea featuring the Beach Boardwalk papers, stamps, and dies. I’ve found the Beach Boardwalk papers to be very useful and versatile. Not necessarily the “carnival” prints, but side B has some lovely, soft, watercolor prints, which I’ve used here:

I love these warm, summer colors together, and they look great with that splash of black for high contrast.
This is a variation of the strip card I posted yesterday, with a few more steps added. I made the strips shorter, added some embossing in the background, and topped with those gorgeous palm tree dies from the Beach Boardwalk die set.

And this variation features the ferris wheel. You may have been like me and thought “when would I use a ferris wheel theme”? But think of it more like a fun, party, summer image rather than a something that needs to be specific to an event. I think it’s fun and suitable for a celebration themed project.
