Extraordinary Flora Watercolor Pencil Wash Technique

Today’s share is a peek at one of the five fantastic Watercolor Pencil techniques I shared in my last Techniques and Tea online class – and one that is so effective and fun! I really grew to love the Watercolor Pencils while preparing that class for you, and I am confident you’ll leave feeling more confident using your tools.

For this technique, I show you how to make a smooth, effective, ombre effect with the Watercolor Pencils. It’s such a great effect, and pairs so well with the Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape flowers.

I was inspired by other samples I’d seen, and placed those flowers on the Trusty Tools paintbrush image for a fun effect.
