Water-Free Watercoloring with a Blender Pen!
Have a blender pen, but maybe forgot why you bought it? One way to use them is to pick up color and use them like a temporary marker! The effect is somewhere between markers and watercoloring. And the great part is you can likely do it with supplies you already have!

It’s a little patchy because I used Basic White – you’d get a smoother finish with Watercolor Paper. But I actually quite like this look; it has a bit of a cartoon effect. Different papers and inks will all give different effects.
Simply pick up the ink (or medium you are using) with the Blender Pen and color. To switch colors, gently wipe the blender pen on a scrap paper. (see quick demo below)

For these notecards, I used the Trusty Tools stamp set. This one is a favorite in my house (husband is a builder). I just have to be sure to not put carpentry tools on the same card as electrician or plumber tools . . . .
