Sometimes you need a small gift, or maybe would like a special party favor for a birthday or a baby shower. Little treat boxes can double as decor with cute packaging plus a delicious gift inside!
For today’s share, I made a small treat box, just the right size to fit four Hershey’s nuggets, using the new Country Birdhouse stamps and dies:
It’s been a while since I’ve made a 3D project, and this was fun. I like projects that go together fairly quickly, and this one took only about 20 minutes. I die cut the birdhouse twice, one for the front, and one for the back. Then I made a simple box to go between them.
I used the Country Woods papers for the birdhouse, and various Subtles Cardstock for the flowers.
The box is not only the perfect size for Hershey’s nuggets or similar (total lucky coincidence), but the two houses like this allow the birdhouse to stand nicely by itself. These would be just adorable on the table done in appropriate colors for a holiday meal or for a baby shower thank you favor! I’m getting ideas . . .
