In last week’s Facebook Live, I focused on the brand new 2024 In Colors and how they compared to the current colors in the collection. So this week on the blog, I’d like to share the projects I made with each of the brand new colors. Today I’ll feature Shy Shamrock:
For this sample, I’ve featured the upcoming Leaf Collection stamp. It’s one large stamp, perfect for subtle backgrounds or bold, main images, as in this example. My card today was inspired by a sample right out of the catalogue.
I’ve paired the new Shy Shamrock with both Shaded Spruce and Pool Party for a soft, monochromatic effect. (Tip: I think Pool Party makes the world a better place; it goes with pretty much everything).
We do have quite a few greens in the Stampin’ Up! color offering, but when you see them next to each other, they are all very different. We do use a lot of greens in the more natural images.
Shy Shamrock is more on the blue side of the greens. It’s quite unlike any green we’ve had before.
Click here for a complete supply list for printing, shopping, or saving. Please keep in mind that the new Shy Shamrock and the Leaf Collection stamp will be available to order after 1 May, 2024 (unless you are a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator; then you may order it now).
Please enjoy this short video going through each of the brand new in colors!
