Today’s share is a gorgeous fun fold card, inspired by the very talented Jo Blackman! My friend, Helen Wigham, and I changed it up to open in a different direction than Jo’s original design, while still showcasing these gorgeous Hydrangea Hill Papers:
These Hydrangea Hill papers are available just for a few more days, but the stamps and dies will live on in the current Annual Catalogue. But, if you have or want the dies and stamps, you may wish to grab this paper pack before they are gone. Every single print is pretty, and most of us just love this blue & purple combination.
The front of the card opens up with two “mini cards”, and then the card body opens in a gate fold style. The Hydrangea Hill papers do most of the talking here, so we kept the inside stamping to just the lovely words from the Hydrangea stamp set, done in Night of Navy for contrast.
This card is held closed by a belly band, which is another chance to highlight these beautiful hydrangeas and add a little dimension.
