SaleABration is nearly over, so one last hurrah with the Detailed Dogwood stamp set. This is such a pretty one, great for any occasion, particularly Easter or sympathy.
For today’s project, I’d like to share with you a fun idea for creating a background with some of the smaller images in the set:
For this one, I used the “weave” image from this set. I really like this one. Although it’s small, it’s a great texture. See the video below on how I made a simple mask so all the small images stamp up neatly to create a fun background.
For this version, I used the dot stamp image instead of the weave. I also switched up the trim from Gold Cord to the Gold Faux Leather. I quite like the contrast of the heavy cord with the softer colors.
