Today’s share is CASED from the talented Mary Detherage, and her clean and simple card design using the Waves of Inspiration bundle. I just love the Distinktive style of stamps (those are the stamps that have incredible detail and shading etched right into the rubber. All you have to do it ink and stamp for the beautiful image!
You might be wondering where the stamp is for that great, sketchy frame. You’ll love how easy it is!
I’ve simply used my Stitched Rectangle die to trace out a frame. Then free-handed the sketch lines, loosely following the traced rectangle. There is a quick demonstration in the video below.
I do love my white cardstock, so this design really appeals to me. I have a lot of white in my house, too . . .well maybe used to be white?! I decided white rugs are a terrible idea in the end.
A splash of red really goes with the Early Espresso ink, and it’s a great color combination for a masculine card idea.
