Let’s take a look at the brand new Petunia Pop color! This one is probably my favorite of the few new colors (so far), so this was fun to play with. Petunia Pop seems to tone in very nicely with the Bubble Bath and Fresh Freesia:
For my example card, I used Petunia Pop, Bubble Bath, Fresh Freesia, Berry Burst, and Blackberry Bliss. All five of these do work together quite well.
For my sample, I used the new Layers of Beauty bundle, one that is coming 1 May (or you can order it now in your Starter Kit), and this bundle includes stamps, dies, and masks. But for today, I used just the stamps:
Initially, I wasn’t happy with how this turned out, but after a few days, I do really like it. I’ve always loved stripes in a background, and this is a nice way to showcase how the colors compare to each other.
The Layers of Beauty stamp is just so pretty – a large, open flower image that you can leave as is or color in.
