Hi stamping friends! I’m excited to share today’s project with you! I taught this one at some of our recent Extravaganzas, and it was so much fun to share the techniques in this one:
The fun thing about this project is that each layer lines up perfectly with the layer before it:
It’s a real wow for the person who receives this from you!
I’ve used the All My Love Designer Series Paper, and all the small prints look great in this design.
All the windows and layers are cut with the Be Mine Stitched Heart Dies. Surprisingly, I’ve only used two heart dies to make all the layers on this card. (I also used one of the dies that just adds stitching). It’s such a cool die set!
The words are from the Well Written die set. This one is a more expensive die set, but I truly think it’s one that you would use over and over. Of course, you can use any words you wish here – this isn’t limited to just a wedding card. Some of the words worked better “floating” on the second layer and some sat right down on the bottom layer.
I have created a full-colour, step-by-step tutorial with 23 photographs so you can make this project up in no time! Tutorial is a PDF file so you can refer back to it at your convenience:
