Today’s share is one of the many ways Watercolor Pencils can add something unique to your coloring! This project is particularly fun because our main image is stamped and colored on Crumb Cake, rather than the usual white or vanilla.
Pretty much all the layers are crumb cake! I’ve stamped that gorgeous Daisy Garden stamp with Staz-On, and then colored in the Daisy Garden with a mix of White, Melon Mambo, Old Olive, and Daffodil Delight pencils.
One of the great things about the Watercolor Pencils is that white one – it allows you to add white detail and color on darker cardstock!
After coloring with the Watercolor Pencils, I’ve cut the image into three strips and arranged them on the card front. This particular idea is a great one to tuck away in your bag of tricks!
