Easy Flip-Flap Mini Album Tutorial with Brushed with Beauty
We love making beautiful things, and this extends to more than just cards and memory keeping pages. You can use your same supplies to make personalised gifts, too! Today’s share is a little mini album using the Flip Flap pages, and this is a fun idea for not only memory keeping, but for an extra special card with photos, memorabilia, and heartfelt messages.

For this sample, I used the 3 x 4 Flip Flaps and the Brushed with Beauty Suite. The Brushed with Beauty papers feature florals in an oil painted effect for a classic look.
I also added in the Just a Note dies (torn paper and the cute paperclip). This is an inexpensive die set that works in beautifully with just about everything!

Side B of the Brushed with Beauty papers are a little more “solid”, but still have that lovely visual texture found in the floral prints. It works quite well to die cut right from the printed papers sometimes – you keep the same look and the colors match beautifully.

The inside of the mini album contains the Flip Flap pages – as many as you like! Each of these is a plastic sleeve, ready for special notes, memorabilia, or photos. Simply size your album to work with the sleeves.
One idea I didn’t try was to use various sizes of sleeves within one album – that could be fun!

Each pack of the 3 x 4″ size of Flip Flaps has six page with the adhesive on the long side, and six pages with the adhesive on the short side. This second version uses the Flip Flaps with the adhesive on the short size. I have it opening at the top, but you could also orient it so it opens at the side.
