Annual All Day Team Training !!

We had a wonderful, fantastic day yesterday at the annual all-day Team Training.  We had a great turn out and some super prepared teachers . . . the day couldn't have gone much better from where I'm standing.

 

Although we did have an exploding table (mine) on set up.  Lucky our Rob was there with his TOOLS to save the day:

The ladies came in and helped set up and and found places to sit; it's easy to make new friends in a group like this.

I like to include a service project at big events, and this year the team and I made 41 cards to donate to the Hospice for their volunteers.  Everyone had their version of this:

Using Pocket Silhouettes, it's a simple, but effective idea that can use up a heap of scrap cardstock, too.

Delys Cram was one of our lovely presenters – they all did an amazing job and spent a lot of time preparing something wonderful for the team.

We also had a great guest speaker, Jo Donson, Image Consultant, who came and taught us about makeup and some tips about finding our own personal style.  Pam Olds was our lovely model who donated her face for the day.
