Numerous times a year, my team of demonstrators and I organize a swap. Each of us makes 10-20 of one card, and then we trade so we each walk away with 10-20 different cards. This is brilliant for sharing ideas and helping each other have a library of samples.
Today’s share is the project I shared for the last team swap, inspired by Helen’s Craft Heaven:
I love this fun idea of creating an all white forest for a wintry scene, with Rudolph coming through the trees. Both trees are from the Whimsical Trees dies.
I used the Merry Melody embossing folder for the background. It’s a nice holiday music background for a Christmas card.
The “snow drifts” are just torn edges with a bit of Wink of Stella added. Quick and easy!
And I love that this reindeer is a punch (the Deer Punch), also for quick and easy. Every year, I buy all the deer and all the tree sets. I just love them.
If you’d like to re-create this card, click here for a complete supply list for shopping, saving, or printing.
Please also enjoy this video featuring the Whimsy & Wonder Suite (the trees in the above card). I also did a Facebook Live featuring the Reindeer. Both are fantastic products with so many possibilities!
Thanks so much for stopping by my stamping studio today! ~ Jacque Williams
