Today’s share is a scrapbooking layout inspired by Sherry Roth. I will share a second page done in a different colour scheme tomorrow, also inspired by the same layout.
I just love the corals, peaches, and yellows together at the moment; seems many of my projects end up in these beautiful colours:
These photos are from about 2003, and the little girl in pink is my Madeleine who is getting married in September. The little girl in the checkered sweater is Kjirsti, who is getting married in July. Such sweet memories of those special moments with small children.
This layout features the Ice Cream Corner Suite, with the papers, stamps, punch, and embellishments. One of the great things about these papers is the watercolor side, perfectly designed to work with the Ice Cream Punch for watercolored scoops!
I used the Tailor Made Tags extensively on this page. I think most/all scrapbookers would make very good use of a good set of tag dies. This little tag at the top is a hidden journaling tag, where I’ve written some details about this day. It’s also a good opportunity to add coordinating colours and embellishments to your overall design.
