Welcome to the All Star team’s monthly blog hop! You’ve landed in New Zealand at Jacque Williams’ blog and I am so glad to have you here! This month I want to share with you a vintage style Christmas card, featuring the Path of Petals stamp set:
I just loved this Mossy Meadow paper with the music notes from the Pressed Petals papers, and thought it would be perfect for a Christmas card.
Paired with the coordinating Path of Petals stamp set and done up in more traditional Christmas colours, it makes for a great combination for the holidays.
The floral image can be done with just the stems and flowers, or add in the third colour for some extra fullness through the bouquet. I chose to use the new Gold Delicata ink, and wow – it’s gorgeous! This is the ink just stamped without any embossing or heating.
And this is the Delicata ink stamped on Merry Merlot cardstock. It’s just beautiful.
On the bottom of nearly the last page in the Holiday Catalogue, you’ll find the Holiday Rhinestones. I’ve used the Pumpkin Pie ones here and they match really well with the new metallic ink!
I hope you give this card a try or at least it inspires you to try something similar! Thanks for stopping by. I know all of us on the All Stars design team really appreciate you!
