Happy Friday! Today’s share is the layout I taught in my February Scrapbook classes. This was a fun, bright one, perfect for a child’s page or any happy memory.
In my summer tidying up, I found these wonderful photos I took of my youngest daughter when she was 3 years old (she’s now 17), so I chose the colours of this double layout to work with her dress. The Bloom by Bloom stamp set and punches were a happy compliment.
This circle is my favorite element on this page. I fell in love with the Dot to Dot embossing folder. And how cute are those little flower punches? Sadly, this set of four punches is being discontinued end of May or while supplies last. I think these are a great little filler to work in with your bigger flowers.
Create the perfect title for your page by pairing the Well Written dies with the Large Letters Alphabet Dies. The Large Letters dies are also being discontinued next week; they have been so very popular. If you don’t have your set, please consider getting one before 3 June. I know both cardmakers and scrapbookers love this set.
I cut out the word “day” four times and layered them on top of each other to make the title really thick and bold.
The Bloom by Bloom stamp set that pairs with the little flower punches is great for bold, colorful images! It’s great to have an image that ties all the colours in the layout together. It’s really handy to have the inks that match your papers.
Bonus! The Well Written Dies also come with this great “greenery” die (as well as a few other cute images).
I hope you’re enjoyed this bright layout and find some inspiration! Supply list below.
