It’s been a fantastic time so far here on the Stampin’ Up! Alaska Cruise! We are in Juneau now, and despite being warned it would be cold – it’s HOT!
Yesterday the South Pacific trip achievers got together and had our annual Memories & More swap. We each created a 3×4 card to fit into our pocket albums for quick memory keeping of our amazing trip.
I must admit, the colour combination we were given didn’t tickle my fancy at first, but this is what I came up with:
We also decided on a friendship theme rather than travel, which is quite nice when so many of our photos are with our guests, families, or friends we haven’t seen in a while.
I chose to use the Dandelion Wishes stamp set and used the Stamparatus to create the different colours on the image. I cleaned the stamp off, then used the Stamparatus to stamp in Versamark directly over the image and then heat embossed with a mixture of clear embossing powder and Dazzling Diamond glitter:
My husband, Rob, kindly tied all the bows. We won’t tell him I re did all of them.
And here are all the swaps together. Nice! I can’t pick a favorite . . . I love my South Pacific Demonstrator friends and the top-notch effort they put into their swaps. I will sure enjoy using these in an album.
Thanks for stopping by!
