This is a very cute and reasonably easy template shared with me by my downline Louisa Ting Chong. Isn't it fun!
I've used the backing board that comes in the Designer Series Paper packs as a base for this, and then covered it with the Tea Party papers. I love how happy that set of papers is. Make two easy spines and the book is pretty much done and ready for embellishment.
The front of this one had quite a few renovations, but I'm satisfied with the end decision. The big flowers are from the set Playful Petals, one that is so fun to layer and bling up.
The So Saffron ribbon is run under the flowers and tied to hold the book closed, and you can see why I rarely do bows on my projects.
I didn't get photos in there yet; my excuse was my hamstrings were so very sore I couldn't bear going up the stairs to find some photos! Yes, it's crunch time for me – please forgive my absent mindedness and weary look in my eye! Consider it part of the charm.

I knew there was a reason to keep the backing boards from the DSP. Now I know. Thanks for the idea.
