In Noosa! Day One

I am here in Noosa Heads because of my loyal customers and my fantastic downline.  So, I'd like to hijack my blog and share with you this experiece each day.  I can't thank you all enough!

Okay, the day started out a bit rough.  Jared has flown SO much that he is rather casual about getting to the airport.  Then we missed the air bus and had to wait.  Then the bus broke down.  We arrived at 8:35 for our 9:20 flight to Brisbaine.  Yes, I was in tears and grinding my teeth to bits.  How blessed I am Sara was right there to give me a big hug when I got off the bus.  Which saved me from imploding.

Ahh, but after we were checked in and even had ten minutes to eat breakfast, the day got better.  Flight was great – watched a movie and worked on my swaps (no, not done yet!).  we took a bus up to Noosa Heads and after being greeted with juice in coconuts, we both fell onto the bed and slept. 

I got up and did a little cardio and chatted at the pool with some of the lovely Australian demonstrators, Nikki Tidbold, Claire Daly, Vanessa Webb, and Vicki Dean.  Then I took a good two hours to bathe and pamper myself up for dinner – our big welcome dinner to kick off the trip.

I was privileged to be seated next to Sterling and Shelli Gardner for dinner, along with Ngaire Anderson and Alisa Tilsner.  Alisa hates how she looks in pictures; isn't that beautiful girl silly?!  We had a lovely buffet meal with scrummy food.  I bypassed the dessert table, but the display was impressive.

The evening ended with the pleasure of finding a gift on our bed for tomorrow's activities – a fun apron, a personal card from Shelli to me, and a chef's hat.  (Recognize those buttons?)  Tomorrow we'll be taking off to a restaurant for a cooking contest and lunch.
