Well last week was very busy getting ready for a huge team gathering here in Auckland over Friday and Saturday! It was a lot of fun and all the efforts were noticed and appreciated, which does make it worthwhile.
On Friday evening, my team leaders (titled Silver Elite and above) got together for a little meeting, dinner, and socializing. I wanted to make them each a small gifts – even little gestures can make a difference to someone. I’ve used the new (and coming in 9 days!) bundle Hearts Come Home, a wonderful set with “skyline” dies:
You can use these three dies separately or all together. They look also nice with all the houses in the same colour, like white, or in graduated colours like I’ve done here.
So I wrapped these die cuts around a giant chocolate bar, one of my favorite gifts to give because it’s always wanted! And knowing these are crafty ladies, I made the wrapper so it could slip off so they can eat their chocolate and still use the wrapper as a display or refill it later.
The new Music Specialty Christmas paper is also going to be a “must” this holiday season. The bundle I’ve used here and the papers can be ordered as of 1 September.
It’s a great pleasure to make a special gift for someone – it’s one of the reasons we do what we do! I know that you, too, will love using this new Hearts Come Home Bundle!
