Welcome to another blog hop with the All Star Design Team! This month we are featuring the Rustic Harvest Suite. I enjoyed the challenge since it’s not Autumn here in New Zealand, so wanted to use this suite in ways that weren’t autumnal.
Instead, I’ve used those rather gorgeous pumpkin dies from the Hello Harvest Bundle to create more of a Cinderella feel to my card project today:
Who doesn’t love a blue pumpkin? LOL But I love it. I cut the pumpkin pieces out of Fluid 100 Watercolour Paper, then painted several layers of Pool Party ink on each piece.
I repeated the same process with the stem, this time using Old Olive and Soft Succulent.
I’m loving the Effervescent Elements, not just for shaker cards, but why not for a few magical bubbles? Simply apply Tombow Glue where you want them to be, and then drop the spheres into the glue.
My favorite thing about this set, though, are those wonderful curly vine dies. I’ve cut them here from silver foil for more of that Cinderella feel.
