I hope you all had a lovely, long weekend! We had another birthday in our house; my eldest, Madeleine, is now 17! As you may have seen, the Retiring List is now up, and I have a few projects stacked on my desk that feature some of these lovely products. Today I want to share with you a card using the Baby Wipe Technique:
Basically, one folds up a baby wipe and dots ink refill on it in any mix and variety of colours you choose. Then use the baby wipe as your ink pad. I’ve found that the more you use it, the better the colours blend.
Stamp out 10 images and choose which one you like the best – they will all turn out differently.
This project features the Four Feathers bundle, which is currently sold out/unavailable in the clear mount, but you can still get it in the wood.
Fingers crossed this set continues in our new catalogue 2 June!
I’m leaving tomorrow for the rest of the week for the annual Stampin’ Up! Convention in the Gold Coast – yay! This is where the mother company teaches us new techniques and introduces much of the new product coming in a few weeks. I look forward to sharing all this with you here and in classes over the next few months!
I will be posting updates on my Facebook Page while I’m there!
thanks for reading ~
