Creative Way to Use the Sunflower Embossing Folder
Today’s share is quite a fun one with the Sunflower Embossing Folder, inspired by Jean Wood on a demonstrator-only Facebook group. (One of the many perks of joining my team is access to a lot of demonstrator sharing groups and events). I liked her technique and used it to to create this pretty card:

The star of the show is the Sunflower Embossing Folder, a gorgeous, bold design. For this technique, I’ve used the debossed side, or the side where the flower images are recessed.

First, go over the image with your background color. I used Pecan Pie for this sample. Using the ink spots is best practice, if you have them. Otherwise, use the standard ink pads with a very light touch.
Next, use sponge daubers and add color to the flowers and leaves. Your beautiful panel is now ready!
