Black Ice Technique with Nature’s Poem Bundle

Today’s share is one that was taught at the recent Nelson stamp Extravaganza – designed and taught by Dana Russell. She featured the Nature’s Poem bundle and the Black Ice technique:

The Black Ice technique is deceptively simple:

1. Lightly drag a staz-on ink pad over foil paper (silver used here)
2. Stamp image in Staz-On
3. Heat
4. Lightly drag Versamark over entire piece.
5. Cover in Clear powder. Heat.

 

 

Ideally, you’ll get this bubbly look which is both really interesting and adds a nice texture to the otherwise flat image. Give this a try! Supply list below:
