Welcome to the first Thailand Achiever’s Blog Hop! I’m sure you will enjoy all the projects by these amazing demonstrators.
Currently you are visiting Jacque Williams in Auckland, New Zealand. My share with you today is inspired by the oncoming Summer weather:
My double layout page today features the Blooms & Bliss Suite. This pack of Designer Series Paper comes in two colour series, and I chose the Rich Razzleberry portion to coordinate with my photos:
In New Zealand, we tend to bypass the Halloween section of the catalogue, but there is one set in there worth a second look: Ghoulish Grunge. It has some neat textures such as this honeycomb stamp I’ve used here for the title.
A row of simple hearts using the other prints in the DSP pack adds a nice contrast. I’ve “sewn” them together with a few pearls.
The background paper here is actually some of our Irresistably Floral Specialty paper, over which I’ve sponged the coordinating inks to create my own print to fit into the project.
I hope you’ve enjoyed your stop here today! Even if you are not a scrapbooker, there are some ideas here you could use on any project! Enjoy the rest of your hop by clicking on the link below!
I think I am finally recovering from jet lag! My two-day trip to New Orleans was still worth it, though.
Today’s share is a pretty layout featuring one of the most versatile Designer Series Paper Stacks, Serene Scenery:
I’ve also used the Flourish Thinlits dies for embellishments. It’s a huge set, but that border die (done here in Early Espresso) in particular is very useful.
I love this particular woodgrain print in the Serene Scenery pack, but there are so many beautiful photographic prints from which to choose. The layout is also accented in Copper Embossing Powder (it’s probably expected by now!) and a bit of the Copper Metallic Thread.
Faux stitching (or real stitching) will always be a timeless accent. And the image used here for the border may be one easy to miss. It’s in a cute little winner of a Project Life set called Hello Lovely. Plus you get accessories with it!
October’s class layout will be a double page spread. Please join us or request a private booking!

Welcome to the final blog hop for the Mediterranean Achievers! (Next month is the start of a new Stampin’ Up! year, and therefore we will be celebrating those who have earned the Thailand trip).
You have now landed in Auckland, New Zealand and are visiting Jacque Williams. Our theme this month is gratitude, and my share is a scrapbooking layout I made of the girl I grew up with like a sister:
I’ve used the fabulous Copper Embossing Powder for both the title and for virtually all the edging in this layout. These words (and all the stamps on the page) are from the Paisleys & Posies stamp set.
Each of the flowers was made with the Pansy Punch and the Petite Flower Punch, as well as the Paisley Framelits.
One of my favorite new products int the Holiday Catalogue is the Kraft Rope Trim – just love the look of this!
I’ve also added a bit of the clear Wink of Stella to the printed paper for subtle interest.
Thanks for stopping by! I know you’ll enjoy the rest of the participants in the hop, too!
Scrapbooking is one form of crafting that I find very rewarding. I sure love showcasing my daughters and other special relationships; I find these emotions very creatively inspiring!
Today’s layout features the August exclusive Thoughtful Branches. This is a gorgeous set with such versatility:
I was pleased with how this one came together after much fun mess-making!
The Thoughtful Branches die designed for cutting out the tree leaves can also be used for a flower bunch! Here I’ve made my personal third-favorite flower: hydrangeas.
I’ve also used the much-beloved Hardwood background stamp. A must!
This panel features the Faux Patina technique. Again, elements of copper are just stunning.
I am really happy with how this layout turned out and would love to share it with you! And remember this bundle is only available during August!

Last Friday I had the pleasure of hosting a dinner and discussion meeting with those titled Silver Elite and above in my team. And as a show of appreciation for their efforts and achievements, I made them each a little gift:
I know we all know this, but it was so personally rewarding to make something heartfelt and handmade.
Amazing what a little colour can do to transform a project. Here I’ve used Sweet Sugarplum, Dapper Denim, and Mint Macaron. On the second version I used Bermuda Bay, Rich Razzleberry, and Old Olive. And of course have used the versatile Botanical Builder dies.
And look what Julia Leece surprised me with:

Here I’ve used them for a layout project of my girls (from years ago) swimming in Florida:
The words are from the very versatile Suite Sayings.
Create the fun circle embellishments by nesting two of the Circles Framelits to create a “visually light” circle.
I’ve used stamps from the Seaside Shore set also for embellishments as well as dyed some mesh to coordinate with the project. Now that was messy and fun!

I have this fun Black and White layout idea in my head for a while – and it was so much fun to make! I was going for striking colours with just a bit of vintage, which is my favorite sort of look.
The gorgeous flowers from Helping Me Grow are stamped across the bottom for a graphical border. As you can see, the journaling is not only functional, but also fills in excess white space.
I used the Bloomin’ Hearts die to create a faux lace look under the photo section.
The title is from a new set, Layering Love. I’ve also used a bit more of the die here for accent.
