Last Call for SaleABration!

Welcome to the Thailand Incentive Trip Achievers Blog Hop for March 2017. Did you know that Sale-a-Bration finishes at the end of this month?? NOW is the time to make sure you have collected all the wonderful Sale-a-Bration products for FREE that won’t be available after this month.

At the moment you are visiting Jacque Williams in New Zealand!

I’d like to share with you a project using one of my favorites (Cool Treats) from the Occasions Catalogue, accented with the FREE SaleABration Glimmer Paper:

stampin up cool treats frozen acetate window card

Each pack of Free Glimmer Paper comes with four 6×6 sheets of Bermuda Bay, Mint Macaron, and Sweet Sugarplum (above).  Even a little bit goes a long way!

This fun card features an acetate window, onto which I have adhered a yummy ice cream sundae using the Cool Treats Bundle.

I love how this set lends itself to about any age, any gender, and many occasions.  It’s perfect for birthdays, but who wouldn’t love to get an ice cream card for any reason at all?!

I also made this a double opening card to allow more room for writing without anything showing through the acetate window.

Visit my Tutorials Page for instructions!

And earn that Glimmer Paper FREE with any $110 purchase (or another item of your choice)!  (New Zealand residents only)

Thanks for taking part in our blog hop, there are so many amazing ideas and inspiration you don’t want to miss. Remember you are currently at my blog – Jacque Williams – so check the blog hop line up list to see who is next in the list.

Colour Inspiration Challenge #5 – Falling Flowers on Vellum

Welcome to another colour challenge from the Colour Inspiration Crew!  Challenge #5 is all about soft colours:

Sahara Sand is not a colour I reach for often, so I enjoyed thinking about how to use it:

stampin up falling flowers blushing bride vellum embossed white wedding

A friend sent me a similar card a while ago, which I used as my inspiration.   The stamp set and dies are the Falling Flowers Bundle, a lovely one in any colour combination.

The flowers are heat embossed on Cardstock Vellum in White Embossing Powder for a tone on tone look.   This card would be perfect for a wedding or even a sympathy card, too.

Thanks for stopping in to New Zealand, and I hope you find inspiration and play along with this colour challenge!

Your next stop is to the talented Monique Fielder:

Colour Inkspiration Challenge #4 – Make a Medallion

Welcome to Blog Hop #4 for the Colour Inkspiration Crew!  I feel delighted to be invited to take part in the crew!  You too can play along with the colour challenges on Facebook.

This week’s challenge was truly a challenge.  Using complimentary colours, the contrast can be quite vivid.

I used inspiration from past projects and toned the colour combination right down with lots of white space:

I have used here the NEW Make a Medallion stamp set.  Triple step stamping on this one allows you to have multiple colours in the medallion with ease!  You can, of course, also use the images separately or in a monochromatic fashion.

The best part?  This one is FREE!  Place your order out of any of the current catalogues of $110 and this one is all yours.

We have a wee collection going on here: the Wooden Hearts, the Lace Doilies, the Burlap Ribbon all paired up with the Stitched Framelits dies.

I used the same stamp on the Eggplant (white embossed) as I used on the Elegant Eggplant stamped portion of the medallion.

Thailand Achiever’s Blog Hop – Hey Chick!

I’m guessing you will see a lot of this FUN stamp set on this hop!  It seems to be quite the favorite for those looking for something a bit different and crazy!

Thank you for joining us on the hop! You’ve now landed in New Zealand, and I am Jacque Williams.  We are still in summer and looking to start a new school year next week!   My share today is inspired by Pinterest and these quirky chicks:

I’ve featured both the Hexagon Embossing Folder and the Hey, Chick stamp set here.   I also used a few of the VERY cool screw tops from the Urban Underground Embellishments.  More of these to come!

These little chickies are fun to colour in with the new Watercolour Pencils!  I kept the cardstock and card itself very neutral so these cuties could be coloured in any colour combination of your choice.

And the Stitched Framelits dies adds a nice extra detail.

I hope you will give this a try!  Remember you can get the Hey, Chick stamp set for FREE with any $110 order (no limit!)

Enjoy the rest of your hop; I know there will be some amazing inspiration!

Warmest Wishes,

Welcome to Jacque Williams in New Zealand!  I hope you’ve all had a wonderful Christmas and are enjoying a bit of a holiday now.

Today the Thailand Achiever’s are sharing a few sneak peeks from the Occasions Catalogue – coming 4 January.  The Birdcage Builder was on my first order; I absolutely love it:

I’ve used Mint Macaron, Pear Pizzazz, and Sweet Sugarplum as my colours.  The birdcage is created in a few steps, creating endless possibilities.

The Embossing Folder is also new; Falling Petals and is so sweet and soft.

The flowers in the background and the sentiment are from the Avante Garden set – and the best news is this one is FREE with a qualifying purchase ($110 in New Zealand).

All of the above are available 4 January.  If you don’t already have a demonstrator and are in New Zealand, please request your copy.

Enjoy the rest of the blog hop!  I know you will find so much talent and inspiration amongst this worldwide collection of achievers!

Thailand Achiever’s Blog Hop – Inspired by OnStage

Welcome to our second Thailand Achiever’s Blog Hop!  Right now you are visiting Jacque Williams in New Zealand.

Our brief today was to share highlights or inspiration from OnStage.

The Heart of Stampin’ Up! Award is awarded to one person globally each year who exemplifies the values of Stampin’ Up! : sharing, making a difference, team spirit, morals, ethics, generosity, and the list goes on.   We were SO pleased and honored to have fellow team member, Barbara Bicknell, deservedly chosen for this award in 2016.

I was so touched and really wanted to make Barbara a special gift from me to celebrate and remind her of her contributions.

Barbara LOVES vintage, and don’t we all make use of a notebook or diary, so this was the perfect gift for her.

Of course I was also inspired by the new product we saw at OnStage, so I have used the new Falling in Love Embellishments and the So Detailed Thinlits dies here.  (The Occasions Catalogue will be live 5 January)

I paired the new goodies with the Ghoulish Grunge stamp set, one that I absolutely love!  I used the honeycomb pattern on Barbara’s monogram and the brick stamp subtly here under my Faux Patina technique.

Barbara was presented with her notebook on Saturday at our team Extravaganza here in Auckland.  I love my job!!

I hope you’ve enjoyed your stop here in New Zealand and continue on the rest of the hop!

Welcome to the first Thailand Achiever’s Blog Hop!  I’m sure you will enjoy all the projects by these amazing demonstrators.

Currently you are visiting Jacque Williams in Auckland, New Zealand.   My share with you today is inspired by the oncoming Summer weather:

stampin-up-bliss-blooms-double-layout-birds-nature-5-photo

My double layout page today features the Blooms & Bliss Suite.  This pack of Designer Series Paper comes in two colour series, and I chose the Rich Razzleberry portion to coordinate with my photos:

The stamped images are from the coordinating Blooms & Wishes stamp set, and I’ve also used the Layering Love set as a sub-title.

In New Zealand, we tend to bypass the Halloween section of the catalogue, but there is one set in there worth a second look: Ghoulish Grunge.  It has some neat textures such as this honeycomb stamp I’ve used here for the title.

A row of simple hearts using the other prints in the DSP pack adds a nice contrast. I’ve “sewn” them together with a few pearls.

The background paper here is actually some of our Irresistably Floral Specialty paper, over which I’ve sponged the coordinating inks to create my own print to fit into the project.

I hope you’ve enjoyed your stop here today! Even if you are not a scrapbooker, there are some ideas here you could use on any project!  Enjoy the rest of your hop by clicking on the link below!

Welcome to the Hello! Blog Hop for the brand new Holiday Catalogue!   You’ll be hopping around some amazing Stampin’ Up!® Independent Demonstrators blogs, each with an inspirational project, featuring new catalogue products. Currently you’re visiting Jacque Williams in Auckland, New Zealand!
My share is a simple, but pretty card and one that is easy to replicate in bulk, featuring the Christmas Pines Bundle:

I absolutely love the new Kraft Rope Trim.  It adds a real richness without being too “much”, either.

I’ve used the Kraft cardstock and the Mint Macaron cardstock, along with the yummy little Mini Pinecones.   Add Gold Wink of Stella to your Kraft cardstock for a deep shimmer.
Thank you for visiting today. The next stop is the talented Julie Kettlewell!
