Welcome to Blog Hop #4 for the Colour Inkspiration Crew! I feel delighted to be invited to take part in the crew! You too can play along with the colour challenges on Facebook.
This week’s challenge was truly a challenge. Using complimentary colours, the contrast can be quite vivid.
I used inspiration from past projects and toned the colour combination right down with lots of white space:
I have used here the NEW Make a Medallion stamp set. Triple step stamping on this one allows you to have multiple colours in the medallion with ease! You can, of course, also use the images separately or in a monochromatic fashion.
The best part? This one is FREE! Place your order out of any of the current catalogues of $110 and this one is all yours.
We have a wee collection going on here: the Wooden Hearts, the Lace Doilies, the Burlap Ribbon all paired up with the Stitched Framelits dies.
I used the same stamp on the Eggplant (white embossed) as I used on the Elegant Eggplant stamped portion of the medallion.
I hope you’ve enjoyed your stop here on my blog in New Zealand! Please click now to the talented Rebecca Scurr:
